Planet mnogo hladniji i ve\u0107i od na\u0161eg otkriven je u novembru 2018. godine u orbiti obli\u017enjeg Crvenog patuljka \u2013 Bernardove zvijezde, koja je od Zemlje udaljena oko \u0161est svjetlosnih godina. <\/strong>Do\u0161lo se do zaklju\u010dka da ima masu koja je tri puta ve\u0107a od Zemljine i da na njoj vladaju niske temperature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jasno je da \u010dovje\u010danstvo ve\u0107 neko vrijeme ma\u0161ta o selidbi u svemir, pa je rijetka super-Zemlja naizgled dobra prilika za to. Ipak, nova planeta nije odgovaraju\u0107a destinacija, uprkos tome \u0161to je po veli\u010dini sli\u010dna Zemlji, te se od svoje zvijezde kre\u0107e na sli\u010dnoj udaljenosti kao i na\u0161a planeta od Sunca. Nau\u010dnici isti\u010du da je planeta vrlo hladna zbog toga \u0161to je njena zvijezda manja od na\u0161eg Sunca i emitira manje svjetlosti. Zbog niskih temperatura nema vode u teku\u0107em stanju, tako da je \u017eivot poprili\u010dno nemogu\u0107a stvar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Relativno nova planeta pripada skupini \u010dija svaka predstavnica nosi ime \u201esuper-Zemlja\u201c, zbog toga \u0161to imaju ve\u0107u masu nego na\u0161a planeta, ali nisu velike poput divova iz na\u0161eg Sun\u010devog sistema \u2013 Neptuna i Urana. Otkrivena je u orbiti zvijezde koja je najbli\u017ea na\u0161em Sun\u010devom sistemu nakon decenije potrage, te je dobila ime Bernardova zvijezda b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Otkri\u0107e ove super-Zemlje pru\u017ea i nove dokaze o formiranju planeta, te o postojanju drugih solarnih sistema koji podsje\u0107aju na na\u0161. Ipak, \u017eivot u novom svijetu nije mogu\u0107, bar ne onakav kakav je nama poznat, pi\u0161e\u00a0The Cut<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
