Spavanje umanjuje stres<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Da li ste se ikada zapitali \u0161ta se de\u0161ava sa svim tim stresom kojeg akumuliramo u toku jednog dana? To auto koje ste skoro udarili? Va\u0161e dijete koje vri\u0161ti na vas? Postoji \u010dak i nesvjesni stres u vidu samokritike i osude? Gdje to sve odlazi?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Va\u0161 mozak to prikuplja i \u010duva za onaj period kada budete spavali, a zatim to dalje obra\u0111uje. Da ponovimo jo\u0161 jednom. Kada spavate, vi obra\u0111ujete stres i traume koje ste do\u017eivjeli. Ako ste roditelj, ova navika \u0107e vam dobro do\u0107i, jer ve\u0107ina djece se budi u to vrijeme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/workout.ba\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/riblje-ulje-438x278.jpg\" alt=\"Povezana slika\" width=\"187\" height=\"119\" \/>3. Kreirajte sebi neugodnosti<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Va\u0161em umu su potrebe nove stvari kako bi napredovao. Kako znati da li je ono \u0161to radite dovoljno? Kada se osje\u0107a nelagodno, neugodno, \u010dudno ili vas ne\u0161to pla\u0161i. Rade\u0107i svakodnevno stvari koje zahtijevaju ve\u0107i napor a samim tim uzrokuju i neugodnost, stvarate va\u0161em umu podlogu za razvoj novih grana na neuronskom stablu, umjesto da uni\u0161tavate to va\u0161e stablo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Da budem iskrena, mogla sam i knjigu napisati o ovome, jer cijeli moj \u017eivot \u017eivim vrte\u0107i se oko ovoga.
