Saud Alanazi, vlasnik Malak Group, najavio je izgradnju velikog kompleksa u glavnom gradu BiH, za narednu godinu.<\/h4>\n

Malak Group je proteklih godina ulo\u017eio desetine miliona maraka u BiH. Kompanija je izgradila luksuzni hotel na Ilid\u017ei, te je kupila propalu drvnu industriju Janj u Donjem Vakufu, gdje je pokrenula proizvodnju i zaposlila stotine ljudi.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0Imam veliki komad zemlje u Sarajevu, oko 50 dunuma i moja kompanija planira izgraditi kompleks tornjeva i shopping centara, pa se nadam da \u0107e ovaj projekat biti ostvaren ve\u0107 naredne godine,<\/strong> kazao je Alanazi govore\u0107i na Sarajevo Business Forumu.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Na osnovu svojih iskustava, pozvao je sve investitore da do\u0111u i investiraju u BiH, zbog brojnih pogodnosti, ali i nerazvijenosti odre\u0111enih grana privrede. Zbog toga je, smatra Alanazi, BiH jedna od idealnih dr\u017eava za investiranje, posebno u sektor hotelijerstva i poljoprivrede. On je dalje istakao da, iako ima nedostataka u pravnom okviru, njegove investicije dobivaju punu podr\u0161ku.<\/p>\n

– Investirao sam u ovu zemlju prije \u010detiri godine, kada sam izgradio luksuzni hotel u Sarajevu. Tako\u0111er, investirao sam i u drvnu industriju u Donjem Vakufu. Moj glavni cilj u ovoj zemlji nije zara\u0111ivanje novca, zara\u0111ujem ga ve\u0107 \u0161irom svijeta. Ovdje sam do\u0161ao kako bih otvorio \u0161to vi\u0161e radnih mjesta. U Donjem Vakufu imamo ih 200, u Sarajevu 100, a zna\u010dajan je i broj zaposlenih u sektoru nekretnina<\/strong>, kazao je Alanazi.<\/p>\n
