Dostupni podaci koji potvr\u0111uju dugoro\u010dne zdravstvene prednosti pojedinih sportskih disciplina ograni\u010deni su, tvrdi nau\u010dna\u00a0studija iz 2015. objavljena u\u00a0<i>British Journal of Medicine<\/i>, dok nova studija iz iste publikacije pru\u017ea jake dokaze da je u\u010destvovanje\u00a0u nekoliko uobi\u010dajenih sportova povezano sa zna\u010dajno smanjenim rizikom od smrti.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Procjenjuje se da \u0107e godi\u0161nje nedovoljna fizi\u010dka aktivnost izazvati vi\u0161e od 5 miliona preranih smrtnih slu\u010dajeva. Kako bi se smanjio rizik od sr\u010danih bolesti, dijabetesa tipa 2, tumora i niza drugih hroni\u010dnih bolesti, Svjetska zdravstvena organizacija preporu\u010duje odraslim i starijim osobama bavljenje tjelesnom aktivno\u0161\u0107u najmanje 150 minuta sedmi\u010dno.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-435 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/zavnews.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/sport-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"266\" height=\"167\" \/>Ove procjene i smjernice uglavnom se temelje na studijama o rezultatima u\u010destvovanja\u00a0u bilo kojoj fizi\u010dkoj aktivnosti umjerenog do sna\u017enog intenziteta. U posljednjih nekoliko godina dolazi do rasta interesa za istra\u017eivanje utjecaja odre\u0111enog podru\u010dja \u017eivota (kao \u0161to je rad, transport, slobodno vrijeme) i vrste tjelesne aktivnosti (hodanje, biciklizam) na zdravlje.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hodanje i biciklizam povezuju se sa sli\u010dnim smanjenjem rizika od smrti, a tjelesna aktivnost u podru\u010dju slobodnog vremena i svakodnevnog \u017eivota proizvodi ve\u0107u korist od tjelesne aktivnosti vezane uz transportnu i profesionalnu domenu. To pokazuje da ne mora biti svejedno kojom se fizi\u010dkom aktivno\u0161\u0107u bavite.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Koji sport je dobar za zdravlje?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-436 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/zavnews.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/104181_abe89fd6017939c5e7b4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"263\" height=\"175\" srcset=\"https:\/\/zavnews.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/104181_abe89fd6017939c5e7b4.jpg 480w, https:\/\/zavnews.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/104181_abe89fd6017939c5e7b4-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 263px) 100vw, 263px\" \/>Odrasli koji se bave sportom i vje\u017ebanjem imaju 34 % ni\u017ee \u0161anse za smrt od onih koji nikad ili rijetko u\u010destvuju\u00a0u sli\u010dnim aktivnostima. Me\u0111utim, to ne zna\u010di da svaki sport jednako utie\u010de na zdravlje. Istra\u017eivanje iz 2015. godine sa\u017eima dostupne podatke o zdravstvenim prednostima u\u010de\u0161\u0107a\u00a0u 26 sportskih disciplina.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Prona\u0111eni su uslovno do umjereno jaki dokazi da tr\u010danje i nogomet pobolj\u0161avaju rad srca, aerobni kapacitet, metabolizam, ravnote\u017eu i tjelesnu te\u017einu. Dodatna prednost nogometa je i korist u mi\u0161i\u0107noj izvedbi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dokazi za ostale sportove rijetki su ili nedosljedni. Radi ja\u010danja dokaza o zdravstvenim prednostima \u0161est zajedni\u010dkih sportskih disciplina \u2013 aerobika, biciklizma, nogometa, sportova s reketom, tr\u010danja i plivanja analizirani su podaci 80306 odraslih Britanaca.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-433 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/zavnews.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/sportovi-izdrzljivosti.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"285\" height=\"156\" srcset=\"https:\/\/zavnews.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/sportovi-izdrzljivosti.jpg 380w, https:\/\/zavnews.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/sportovi-izdrzljivosti-300x164.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 285px) 100vw, 285px\" \/>Studija je pokazala 27%, 15%, 47% i 28% manji rizik od smrti. Iako je uo\u010deno smanjenje rizika od smrti povezano s nogometom i tr\u010danjem (18% i 13%) u istra\u017eiva\u010dkom uzorku, podaci nisu omogu\u0107ili zaklju\u010dke o u\u010dincima na cijelu populaciju. Ove statisti\u010dki \u201cbezna\u010dajne\u201d skupine ne treba pogre\u0161no protuma\u010diti kao \u201cdokaz o neu\u010dinkovitosti.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ne zna se jesu li opa\u017eeni u\u010dinci u uzorku slu\u010dajni ili odra\u017eavaju istinske efekte u populaciji. Prethodne studije provedene me\u0111u Amerikancima, Dancima i kineskim mu\u0161karcima pronalaze da je zna\u010dajno smanjenje rizika (27% \u2013 40%) od smrti povezano s tr\u010danjem, dok studija iz 2015. otkriva prednosti bavljenja nogometom.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Treba li se uop\u0107e baviti sportom?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Godi\u0161nja stopa ozljeda me\u0111u svim rekreativnim i profesionalnim sporta\u0161ima iznosi oko 6 %, ali incidencije, vrste i ozbiljnosti ozljeda znatno se razlikuju u razli\u010ditim sportovima. Sre\u0107om, prema stru\u010dnjacima do 50% sportskih ozljeda mogu se sprije\u010diti.
