Delegacija BiH predvo\u0111ena uglednim i svjetski priznatim pravnim ekspertima Davidom Schefferom, Phon van den Biesenom i agentom BiH Sakibom Softi\u0107em, predala je danas zahtjev za reviziju presude BiH po tu\u017ebi protiv Srbije, javlja N1, prenosi Patria.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Oni su u privatnom automobilu do\u0161li u Me\u0111unarodni sud pravde u Hagu gdje \u0107e predati zahtjev.<\/p>\n

Nakon \u0161to se zaprimi aplikacija, registar suda u Hagu provjerit \u0107e odre\u0111ene \u010dinjenice i rokove, a zatim ih poslati drugoj strani, odnosno Srbiji, da se o\u010dituje na zahtjev.<\/p>\n
