Ipak, prema istra\u017eivanjima, najbr\u017ea i naju\u010dinkovitija metoda za opu\u0161tanje je \u010ditanje<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Stres je danas toliko uobi\u010dajen, da \u010du\u0111enje izaziva vijest da neko nije pod stresom. Prema nau\u010dnim istra\u017eivanjima, stresu se mo\u017ee dosko\u010diti na vi\u0161e na\u010dina, no jedna od naju\u010dinkovitijih metoda je \u010ditanje.
